NEXO ePS8-EN54 8-inch 2-Way Horn-Loaded Loudspeaker, Installation Version, White

The NEXO ePS8-EN54 is a compact 8-inch, 2-way passive point source loudspeaker designed for fixed installation projects that require EN54-24 certification for voice alarm and life-safety systems. Its rotatable Asymmetrical Dispersion (PS) horn allows the coverage pattern to be adapted on site, making it suitable for a range of room shapes.

Built around a 1x 8-inch neodymium long-excursion LF driver and a 1x 1.4-inch diaphragm HF driver, the ePS8-EN54 delivers up to 128 dB peak SPL with a sensitivity of 100 dB and a frequency response of 80 Hz to 20 kHz. Vertical coverage is +25°/-30° and horizontal coverage is adjustable between 50° and 100°.

The enclosure is built from 15 mm birch plywood with a polyurethane coating and a galvanized grill, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C. Connections are made via 5 mm pitch push-in cage clamp terminal blocks, with an IP cover supplied for the connectors. The loudspeaker is backed by a 5-year warranty.
