NEXO P8 8-inch Coaxial 2-Way Loudspeaker, Touring Version, White

The NEXO P8 is a point-source loudspeaker featuring a 2-way passive design with a coaxial 8-inch long-excursion LF driver and 1.5-inch neodymium HF compression driver. Supplied in this White Touring Version, it is built for touring and live sound applications where a compact, lightweight enclosure is required.

With a sensitivity of 101 dB and a maximum SPL of 129 dB peak, the P8 delivers high output from a 12 kg cabinet constructed from custom bent birch and poplar plywood. Dispersion is modular, switching between a default 100° x 100° pattern and an optional rotating 110° x 60° horn to suit a wide range of coverage requirements.

Connectivity is via four NL4 4-pole connectors, one per handle and two at the rear, and NEXO recommends the NXAMP4x1 mk2 powered TD controller for amplification and processing. Recommended power handling is up to 550 W into the 8 Ohm nominal impedance. A quick-release Magnelis steel grille provides easy access to the magnetic horn for servicing or swapping.
