NEXO ID84 4-inch 2-Way Passive Column Loudspeaker, Installation Version, Black

The NEXO ID84 Installation Version is a 2-way passive column loudspeaker built for permanent installation in venues that need a slim, high-output array. It combines 8x 4-inch LF neodymium drivers with 8x 1-inch HF drivers inside an aluminium cabinet with Magnelis covers and grille, finished in black.

The ID84 delivers 105 dB sensitivity and up to 135 dB maximum SPL, with a frequency response of 90 Hz to 20 kHz (+6 dB) and 4 Ω nominal impedance. Horizontal dispersion is fixed at 100°, while vertical coverage can be switched between +0°/-10° (Narrow mode) and +0°/-25° (Wide mode) to suit the room.

Signal connection is via 2x NL4 connectors (2+/2-) plus an integrated connector in the base, and dispersion mode is set using a ruggedized, recessed, waterproof 2-position switch on the rear of the cabinet. The column can be stacked, flown or paired with the companion IDS312 subwoofer, and accepts an optional low-frequency directivity extension module for cardioid control.

Recommended amplifier power is 1,080 W, operating temperature range is 0°C to 40°C, and the cabinet measures 990 x 150 x 215 mm and weighs 15 kg. NEXO covers the ID84 with a 5-year warranty.
