NEXO GEOS1230-CP 12-inch 2-Way Point Source Loudspeaker, Black

The NEXO GEOS1230-CP is a two-way point source loudspeaker built around a 12-inch high excursion neodymium woofer and a 3-inch voice coil, 1.4-inch throat compression driver mounted on a 5° hyperboloid reflective wavesource. The hyperbolic wavesource design delivers coherent wavefront propagation, making the cabinet suitable for long-throw live sound reinforcement where speech intelligibility is critical.

The cabinet produces up to 135 dB maximum SPL with a sensitivity of 105 dB, handling 1,550 W of recommended amplifier power at a nominal impedance of 16Ω. Dispersion is 28.5° in the coupling plane, with a configurable 80°/120° pattern in the non-coupling plane, allowing the cabinet to be adapted to different array and installation requirements.

Connectivity is via 2x NL4MP Speakon 4-pole connectors (In & Through), with control through EtherSound networking and NS-1 Configurable processing. The enclosure is constructed from Baltic Birch ply with a structured black coating, and the loudspeaker is covered by a 2-year warranty.
