NEXO GEO M1220 12-inch 2-Way Line Array Element, Installation Version

The NEXO GEO M1220 is a 12-inch two-way line array element in the Installation version, intended for fixed deployment in venues requiring robust, high-output sound reinforcement.

It combines a 12-inch Neodymium long-excursion LF driver with PDD technology and a 3-inch voice coil, 1.4-inch throat HF driver on an HRW Wavesource horn, delivering a frequency response of 50 Hz to 20 kHz and a maximum SPL of 140 dB. Dispersion is 20° vertical by 80° horizontal, expandable to 120° horizontal with the optional CDD accessory.

The element can be run in active or passive mode via a ruggedized, waterproof 2-position switch, and the Installation version terminates via cable glands with 4-core cables rather than the NL4 connectors used on the Touring version. The enclosure is built from a lightweight polyurethane composite with a honeycomb structure and includes integrated rigging hardware.
