NEXO ePS6-EN54 6-inch Horn-Loaded 2-Way Loudspeaker, Installation Version

The NEXO ePS6-EN54 is a 2-way passive, horn-loaded point source loudspeaker designed for fixed installation projects that require EN54-24 certification, such as life-safety and voice-evacuation systems. It combines a 6-inch long-excursion LF driver with a 1.4-inch diaphragm HF compression driver mounted on NEXO's rotatable Asymmetrical Dispersion horn.

The speaker delivers up to 125 dB peak SPL with a sensitivity of 98 dB SPL (1 W/1 m) across a 90 Hz – 20 kHz frequency range. Horizontal coverage is adjustable from 50° to 100° with +25°/-30° vertical dispersion, allowing the horn to be rotated for optimal pattern control in architectural spaces.

Connection is made via two pairs of 5 mm pitch push-in cage clamp terminal blocks, with a recommended amplifier power of up to 490 W into the 8 ohm nominal load. The enclosure is built from 15 mm thick birch plywood with a polyurethane coating and a galvanized grille, and ships with an IP cover for the connectors. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 70°C, and the unit is backed by a 5-year warranty.
