NEXO ePS12-EN54 12-inch Horn-Loaded 2-Way Loudspeaker, Installation Version, Black

The NEXO ePS12-EN54 is a 12-inch, 2-way passive point-source loudspeaker designed for fixed installation applications that require EN54-24 certified life-safety performance, such as voice evacuation systems.

It combines a 12-inch LF neodymium long-excursion driver with a 1.7-inch HF diaphragm compression driver mounted on NEXO's rotatable Asymmetrical Dispersion (PS) horn, delivering up to 133 dB peak SPL and 103 dB sensitivity across a 60 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response. Dispersion is asymmetrical, covering +25°/-30° vertically and 50° to 100° horizontally.

The enclosure uses 15 mm birch plywood with a polyurethane coating and galvanized grill, built to withstand demanding installation environments across an operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C. Connections are made via 2 pairs of 5 mm pitch push-in cage clamp terminal blocks, with a nominal impedance of 8 ohm and recommended power handling of 950 W.

The ePS12-EN54 ships with an IP cover for the connectors and is backed by a 5-year warranty.
