NEXO RS18 2x18-inch Long-Excursion Neodymium Subwoofer, Installation Version, Black

The NEXO RS18 is a dual 18-inch installation subwoofer built around NEXO's patent-pending RAY SUB technology, delivering high-output, modular bass for permanent sound reinforcement systems.

Equipped with 2 x 18-inch (46cm) long-excursion neodymium drivers, the RS18 achieves a sensitivity of 107 dB and a maximum SPL of 146 dB across a 31Hz–100Hz frequency response. Directivity can be configured between omni and directional (cardioid) patterns over the entire useable bandwidth when paired with a NX242ES4 or NXAMP TDcontroller, reducing rear and side wall reflections in directional mode.

Connection is via 4x NL4MP Speakon 4-pole connectors on two plates (In & Through), with system control handled by the NX242ES4 Digital TDcontroller or NXAMP Powered Digital TDcontroller.

The cabinet is built from Baltic Birch ply with a structured black coating (dark grey carpet finish also available), and ships with a bumper, flying plates, handles, dolly and front wheel board. NEXO backs the RS18 with a 2-year warranty.
