NEXO GEO S1230-ST 12-inch Horn-Loaded 2-Way Loudspeaker, Black

The NEXO GEO S1230-ST is a compact, 2-way horn-loaded loudspeaker cabinet designed as a high-output, long-throw version of the standard GEO S1230 enclosure. It is built for stadium installations where extended throw distance and high speech intelligibility are required.

The cabinet combines a 3-inch voice coil, 1.4-inch throat 16Ω neodymium HF driver mounted on a 5° hyperboloid reflective wavesource with a 12-inch (30 cm) high-excursion neodymium 16Ω LF driver. This configuration delivers a frequency response of 53 Hz – 19 kHz ±3 dB, 105 dB sensitivity and up to 135 dB maximum SPL, with a coupling plane dispersion of 28.5° and configurable 80°/120° horizontal coverage.

Connectivity is via 2x NL4MP Speakon 4-pole connectors (In & Through), with a recommended amplifier power of 1,550 W into a nominal 16Ω load. The enclosure is constructed from Baltic birch plywood finished in a structured black coating, measuring 675 x 344 x 400 mm and weighing 26.8 kg. NEXO backs the GEO S1230-ST with a 2-year warranty.
